William Travis Bill has been elected as the Post Surgeon and appointed as the Post Service Officer. He has been a member of the VFW for fifteen years. In the past he has served as the Department of Rhode Island Service Officer; and as the Post Junior vice Commander. Bill left the Navy as a Petty Officer First Class. He qualified for the VFW by serving in Viet Nam aboard the USS Holland. Bill is a life member.
