Jimmy Jacks Jimmy Jacks has been elected as the 2007-08 Senior vice Commander. Comrade Jacks has been a member of the VFW for the past ten years. In the past he has served as the 2006-07 Senior vice Commander, 2005-06 Post Junior vice Commander. Jimmy served in the Navy as a Master of Arms (MAC) and retired as a Chief Petty Officer. Jimmy qualifies for the VFW by earning the Navy Expeditionary Medal while serving aboard the USS Miller. Jimmy Jacks is a life member.
